Ian with etrailer here, today we're gonna be looking at a couple custom fit wiring adapters for four-pole connectors on our 2024 Toyota Sienna. For our options here today, we're gonna be looking at a Tekonsha and a CURT wiring harness. They will both perform the exact same function, there's just some minor differences between the two. Starting at the end of the cables where we'd be hooking to the trailer, we've got four-pole connectors, both of them the same as far as how they attach to the trailer wiring, but the Tekonsha does have the cap attached to the four-pole connector opposed to the removable option that does come with the CURT connector. Another notable difference we've got between these two is gonna be the four-pole wiring is a little bit different as far as the coloring. So if you're concerned about the visual appeal of the rear of your vehicle, I usually lean towards the Tekonsha for that just because the wires are all blacked out and will hide away a little better than this CURT that has a brighter color. more

It's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the CURT in bed wiring for 5th wheel and goosenecks. Now this is gonna be a 7-pole that just ties into your factory 7-way. And that way you don't have to plug in, you know, by draping over the tailgate, you can simply plug it into your bed where you're gonna be hooking up anyway. And today it's gonna be on a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500. Adding this kit if you have a 5th wheel or a gooseneck, is really just a great compliment to that system that you already have because it just takes away having to again, run your power wire out to the bed. Installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness - 2021 Honda Pilot- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Tekonsha seven pole trailer wiring harness on a 2021 Honda Pilot. Now this is gonna be a great option for those of you with a tow package and it's gonna allow you to have that seven pole wiring so you can get your running lights, turn signals and brake lights. You can also later on add a brake controller in this to get brakes sent to the trailer when you apply them. Now this is mounted up here, but we did have to pick up two separate brackets, so that's gonna be something you're gonna want to consider during this installation. Having a seven way is gonna be great for those trailers that require still lighting functions but maybe not brakes or if they do have brakes, you do have that ability later on to add the brake controller. And it's all gonna be module protected. more
