Here's what our hitch looks like installed. This hitch fits nicely in the cutout provided in the bumper. The rest of it is hidden nicely behind our rear fascia. On the side of your receiver, you'll find your industry standard 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole which you use a pin and clip to secure your hitch mounted accessories. more

Speaker 1: Today in our 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, we're gonna take a look at and also show you how to install the Curt Custom Fit Class II trailer Hitch Receiver. This offers an inch and a quarter by an inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. It's part number is C12291.Now here's what our hitch is gonna look like installed. As you can see, we've got a receiver tube opening, safety chain connection points there. And you're gonna remove that cover to give your hitch room to go in place.Now this is a Class II hitch, so you're gonna have an inch and a quarter by an inch and a quarter receiver tuber opening. It's gonna allow it to work out really well with, really, whatever type of accessory you might wanna use.They've reinforced the end of that with a collar, you can see its nice flush look. more

Offering the one inch and a quarter by one inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. It's part number is 36408.Now, this is what our hitch is going to look like installed. You're basically going to be removing this cover. It's not going to go back on after the hitch is in place, and that's going to leave your receiver tube opening, safety chain connection points, and the small cross tube you see here. This is a class two hitch, so it's got the inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. more

Today, on our 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, we're going to be taking a look at, and installing, the Draw-Tite Class 3 Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 76028. This is what this hitch is going to look like, once it's installed. As you can see, everything's pretty well hidden. Where the cross tube really isn't visible. You're primarily just going to see the receiver tube and the safety chain connection points, here. This does feature a reinforcement collar, here around the two-inch by two-inch opening. more

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Equinox we're going to be installing the CURT Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver. It's a class three. Part number is 13591. As you can see, here's what our hitch looks like when it's installed on the vehicle. We'll take a few measurements now to help you in selecting maybe your ball mounts, bike racks, hitch cargo carriers, whatever you might be looking for. From the center of the hitch pinhole out here to the outer edge of our bumper we've got about 4" there. more
