Trailer Hitch Installation - 2008 Ford Mustang - Hidden Hitch- Video
Today on our 2008 Ford Mustang we're going to be installing the Hidden Hitch trailer hitch receiver, part number 60809. Now this hitch is a class-one-rated hitch and does have an 1-1/4" opening in the receiver tube. Now here's what our hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outermost edge of the bumper is approximately 5-1/2". From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground is approximately 12-1/2". more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2008 Ford Mustang - Draw-Tite- Video
Today on our 2008 Ford Mustang we're going to be installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part number 24747. This hitch is a Class I rated hitch and does have an 1-1/4" opening in the receiver tube. Here's what our hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the center hitch pin hole to the outer most edge of the bumper is approximately 5-1/2". From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground, is approximately 12-1/2". Now let's go ahead and install our hitch. We're going to need to first begin underneath the vehicle and we're going to need to remove an exhaust hanger that's above the muffler on each side. more
