Titan Alloy Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2013 Nissan Frontier- Video

Today in 2013 Nissan Frontier, we'll be doing a test putting on a Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains. Part Number TC2524 and that's tire size 265/70-R16. These Titan Chains are heavy duty, they're designed to work with light trucks. They feature low profile square links, so not only are you going to get adequate traction on light snow and ice, you're going to get a smoother ride than most chains provide. It also features a diamond pattern whereas most chains have a ladder pattern so you're going to get more tire coverage which means more traction. Most chains require a rubber adjuster or an additional part to help them remain tight around the tire, ours is built in. They have a maximum speed rating of 30 Miles per hour and they come in a quantity of two and to top it all off, they come with a bag so we can store them nicely. more

Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2013 Nissan Frontier- Video

Today on our 2013 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab, well be doing a test fit of the Thule Self Tensioning Snow Tire Chains, the XG12 Pro part number TH2004705265. Tire sizes well be using today is 265/70/15. To begin with, we want to make sure that the tire chain is laid out flat, make sure that theres no kinks or knots in the chain. With the chain laid out, well go ahead and feed it behind the tire from the rear of the vehicle towards the front. Well want to make sure that we keep the yellow end of the blue cable towards the rear of the vehicle. With the blue cable and the chain fished behind the tire, well go ahead and bring the two ends of the blue cable up on top of the tire. With that, well go ahead and make the connection with the blue cable by slipping the end that has a yellow on it into the other end and latching the blue cable together. more
