An In-Depth Look at the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Motor Kit- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Kwikee RV step motor replacement. Now, this is gonna be a great upgrade to an older unit to get a little bit more torque, or if you're replacing an old burnt out unit and your steps aren't actuating anymore, this will allow you to get that fixed. Sometimes all it takes is one thing to ruin a trip, and something as simple as your steps operating on your RV can be that, you know, if you have kids or pets or maybe you just struggle to be able to pull yourself up on an RV because your steps aren't actuating properly or they're not actuating safely, this is a great way to get that replaced by getting the motor upgrade kit. And that way when you open that door, the steps will be right there. It's gonna make it nice and easy to get in, and then when you close the door, they'll close back up. (door bangs) Now the steps will go up and down as you open and close the door, and that's accomplished by this magnetic sensor on the door. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Motor Upgrade Kit for electric powered steps for your RV. Now this is gonna be today on a 2002 Georgie Boy Cruise Air, but this is a pretty common part that's on a lot of different RVs, so even if yours isn't this model in particular, you might wanna watch because this is gonna be very similar to many other RVs out there. Sometimes all it takes is one thing to ruin a trip. And something as simple as your steps operating on your RV can be that. Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement adjusting screw and spring for the Dexter 12 1/4" by 2 1/2" electric brake assemblies. So, folks, this will replace one adjusting screw and spring set for those Dexter 12 1/4" by 2 1/2" 7,200 pound electric brake assemblies and all 12 1/4" manual adjust brake assemblies. It does fit both the right and left hand brake assemblies. You're gonna get one adjusting screw, and as you can see, it screws in and out for those adjustments to make it tighter, looser. more

Review of Kodiak Replacement Adapter Port 1/8 NPT 3/16 FIF - K22590A- Video
Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Kodiak replacement adapter port. This adapter port features a 90-degree bend and it measures 1/8 of an inch NPT on one end, and 3/16 of an inch FIF on the other end. And this is going to fit Kodiak disc brake calipers and Kodiak solenoid valves that are normally closed. This is the direct replacement from Kodiak, so you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of that original, maybe that original got misplaced somehow or damaged. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at your strap and tiedown kit for your Let's go Aero Nelson bike carriers. Adding the strap and tiedown kit is gonna increase your capacity from 35 pounds per bike to 60 pounds per bike, so it's gonna allow you to get those heavier bikes on the top of the bed of your truck. The strap kit is gonna help stabilize your bike carrier on the back of your truck. I've taken it out on our test course, and you can compare and see how it is with and without the additional strap kit. It's gonna help eliminate that up and down motion that you're gonna have going down the road. However, that side to side motion that you're gonna see on the Nelsons, it's just the nature of the spinning bracket that's on the bottom. more

Hello neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. We're looking at a replacement pull pin for your Bulldog 2,000 to 5,000 pound top wind pipe mounted trailer jacks. So, folks, this does replace the pool pin for your Bulldog Jacks, again, 2,000 to 5,000 pound, the top wind models that are pipe mount swiveled. The chain secures to the side of the jack with this set screw so you don't have to lose it. The pin diameter is nine 16th of an inch thick, overall pen length is three and a half inches, while the usable pin length, so the bottom of underneath here to right before the spring detent there is two and a half inches in length. more
