CIPA Strap On Universal Fit Towing Mirror Installation - 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Today, we're taking a look at our CIPA universal tow mirror on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. So as you can see with our factory mirrors, this is the view that you would get very close to the trailer, but as you're towing, it's really nice to have that wide angle, which brings us out to here, which helps when merging in traffic, tight parking spots, or just overall fall driving. So with the mirror itself, you can see it extends out past the original mirror. Now you can adjust it down, up, left, right. Which allows you to get that perfect fit of your lanes on your side, as well as seeing the trailer. So with these straps, you'll see here that it has two clips here that attach to the factory mirror. more

Hey there Santa Fe owners. Today on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're gonna be taking a look at, and showing you how to install the K-Source dual-view towing mirrors. To give you an idea of what these are going to look like for you on your Santa Fe, now you can see me in the factory towing mirror right next to our trailer. As I take a step out to my left, I'm going to start to become visible in the other two mirrors. Now, one of those mirrors is a flat mirror, that's going to give you a more accurate representation of what's behind you. And the other is a convex mirror, which is going to give you a wider field of view. more

These are available as a quantity of one if you just need one for the driver's side. Or you can pick up a quantity of two and get coverage on both sides of your Santa Fe. And to give you an idea of what these are gonna look like on your Santa Fe, you can see me standing by our trailer and I'm clearly visible in the factory towing mirror. But if I take a few steps out, you'll lose me in that factory towing mirror, then you'll pick me up and the K Source mirror. more

That can be especially useful whenever we're backing up into a tight parking spot, maybe making a lane change, or just wanting to keep a closer eye on what's going on behind us. To give you an example on how much more ground we're going to be able to cover, so you can see I'm visible in our towing mirror, but not in our factory mirror. However, if I do take a few steps closer to our trailer, I'll disappear out of that towing mirror and become visible in our factory mirror. And that's really going to help eliminate any blind spots as well.Whenever we have our towing mirror in place, we do still have quite a bit of adjustability of our factory lens. more
