One thing that you'll notice about this hitch is that we have plenty of clearance around our rear fascia making this a great hitch to use for bike racks and cargo carriers. Welded onto the bottom of our receiver are rolled steel safety chain loops. And what's great about these is that even though this is a Class 1 hitch and is fairly small they're still large enough to accept even a very large safety chain hook like this one from the trailer. And you can clip on without any issues.Now this hit features a 200 pound max tongue weight rating, which is the amount forcing down.
