So per bike, it is going to be able to hold 40 pounds. I will point out right away with this one that I don't think is personally the best fit for the motorhome here, just because with our mountain bike, we are getting some contact because this portion of the motorhome does kind of pop out to accommodate for this cargo area here. more

Starting off, though, we are going to have the ability to tilt the rack away with the bikes loaded by coming down to this lever here, pushing that in, and lowering the bike rack down. more

CURT Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Mazda CX-5- Video

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer.com Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt Premium hanging style bike rack here on our 2018 Mazda CX-5. Now the Curt Premium is going to be a pretty unique bike rack in the sense that these arms actually narrow down together at the end here. So if you're getting this bike rack for the family, it's gonna accommodate those kids' bikes on the end really well, and you might not need an adapter bar. So it's really great to see. One thing I will caution you against though is that if you do have an alternative frame bike with you, you will still need an adapter bar for that probably to get that right fit on your bike rack. more

But as you can see, we're holding the bike down in this tray with these three wheel straps, and then up top with this clamp. It's gonna tighten down with the hand knob and is fully lockable, so it's secure when you're not around. more

Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack Review - 2022 Hyundai Palisade- Video

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Hyundai Palisade, we're gonna be checking out the Curt Premium hitch minor bike rack. One of the big questions, a lot of people ask and in regards to hitch minor bike racks is are they still gonna be able to get into the back of your SUV And with this one, the answer is, yes it does fold down out of the way. And to do that, there's a couple things we need to do. I'm not super crazy about this setup but I mean, it does work. You'll have this T knob there you loosen that up and then you pull this pin and clip out and then you can pull up on this handle and that's going to allow this to drop down. more

What sets this bike rack apart from other hanging racks is the cradle distance. So the cradles are set to seven inches apart, meaning there's more distance between your bikes, less likely to collide with each other. First impressions of the rack on the back of the Jeep. I'm glad it fits! A lot of times you run into issues with accessories not fitting because of the spare tire in the back. And especially this one looks a little bit beefier to me than kind of the standard-sized ones. And we've got quite a bit of space to work with still here. more
