Hi everyone, it's Trevor with etrailer. Today we're gonna be doing a look at and installation of the Air Lift 1000 Helper Springs on our 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. These Air Lift Helper Springs are being very good at leveling out your capacity on the back of the vehicle. It's gonna give you up to 1,000 pounds of load leveling capacity, so whether you're loading this thing up with some cargo for a camping trip, or just towing a trailer from point A to point B, this is gonna help get a lot of the sag out of the rear end, which is also going to allow you to have better steering and braking, as well as get rid of some of the strain on your OEM suspension. Another thing too is with these Suburbans, they're pretty top heavy, so you get a lot of body roll, which these are also gonna help fix. Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500, and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install, the Firestone Air Helper Springs. Whenever you're hauling a load in the bed of a truck, or behind the truck, a lot of these vehicles, especially this Denali version, are gonna be very, very soft suspension so that you have a more comfortable ride when you're not hauling anything. Well, the problem with that softer ride is that you can't really get the best of both worlds. They make the truck so they're comfortable for people to drive them without a load, but then they don't have any support when you are wanting to tow a trailer. Well, this truck belongs to a friend of mine, and he has a fifth-wheel trailer that he wants to pull down the road that has a GVWR of 16,000 pounds. more

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 rear air helper bags on a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Today's trucks seem like comfort seems to take over the role instead of to towing capacity when it comes to suspension, and that's 'cause a lot of people daily drive their trucks. But if you're doing truck things, like pulling a trailer or putting a payload in your truck, that's when you really start to notice that suspension, you can handle it, but it does want to sag quite a bit. A lot of that just comes down to the factory jounce bumpers being really short. So these normally bolts up on the frame, and the jounce strike plate is down here. So that leaves a huge gap for these to compress before bottoming out. more

Now this system is designed to fit your 2007 to 2009 Dodge Sprinter 2500, your 2007 to 2015 Freightliner Sprinter 2500, your 2010 to 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500, your 2016 to 2021 Freightliner Sprinter 2500, both two and four-wheel drives, then finally, your 2016 and newer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500, both two and four-wheel drives. On custom fit parts such as these springs, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide. Enter the year, make, and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if these will work for you or if we have something comfortable that will work for you. Now, these hollow rubber springs have a capacity of 8,600 pounds, and they're going to sit above your rear axle to help stabilize and level your vehicle. more

Now, this system here will improve the suspension, the handling, and safety of your vehicle. It does provide additional support as needed, so you always have a nice, smooth, comfortable ride and allows the leaf spring ample movement while cushioning any light loads. Now, this system does become more rigid as more weight is added, helps increase stability, provides great performance while hauling heavy loads, and it'll even reduce vehicle sag.
