Today on this 2006 Mazda 5 were going to install part number 60841 from Hidden Hitch. This is what the hitch looks like when its installed on the vehicle. Next well give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a cargo carrier or a bicycle carrier. From the center of the hitch pin opening to the edge of the bumper were looking at three and a half inches. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground were looking at 13.5 inches. Today on a 2006 Mazda 5 we're are going to install part number 24773 from Draw-Tite. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed in the vehicle. Next we'll give you some measurement to help you out in selecting some accessories such as the cargo carrier or a bicycle carrier. From the center of the hitch pin opening to the edge of the bumper we are looking at 3-1/2 inches. From top of our receive opening down to the ground we are looking at 13-1/2 inches. Now I'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed on the vehicle.I'll need to enlarge the two holes that are on the bumper structure this one on the passenger's side and this one on the driver's side. more
