Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Saris MHS DUO, and we're gonna see how it fits on the back of our 2023 Rivian R1T. If you're looking for a way to carry e-bikes on your R1T and very heavy e-bikes at that, the MHS DUO is a great way to go because it can handle up to 80 pounds per bike and carry up to two bikes. Plus, it's gonna be very accommodating to a wide range of bike types because it's a dual-wheel mount. So we only have these two wheel hoops and a strap on the back tire, meaning no frame contact around the bike, making this a good option for alternative frame and carbon frame bikes, while still being fairly good for bikes with fenders because these hoops don't go very far up. So depending on the size of those fenders, you might find it works just fine for you. more

Fit Check - Thule Epos 2 Bike Rack - 2023 Rivian R1T- Video

Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Thule Epos platform style bike rack, and we're gonna see how it fits in the back of our 2023 Rivian R1T. Now the bike will be held down to the rack mainly by this arm up top. This can be height adjusted, it can be spun around and it can attach to either your frame or the front quarter of your rear tire, whichever works best. So if you've got a carbon frame bike, maybe the tire, if you've got fenders or just an aluminum frame bike, then the frame's probably best. more

Now, this is gonna be one of the more premium bike carriers that we have that's going to carry your bike down the road without making any contact to the frame. It's also super capable for your e-bikes, and it has some really nice features. So let's take a closer look at some of the things on our bike carrier. As far as being a wheel mounted carrier, that's gonna work really well for a person that doesn't necessarily want any frame contact to their bike.
