Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the best front trailer hitch options on a 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500. So for the Silverado front hitch options, there's actually gonna be three of them that we'll be looking at. You may only see two here, but first we'll start with our Curt, then we have our Draw-Tite, and actually installed on the truck is gonna be the EcoHitch. Now, they all offer a few different things and part of that is gonna be the way that they mount. In fact, you can see that our EcoHitch here we're actually cutting out where the bumper or the license plate bracket goes and it's gonna live pretty high and that's gonna involve cutting out the front bumper. Speaker 1: Today in our 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 65078. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. As you can see it's completely behind our front bumper. It's going to be a two-inch by two-inch. It's going to have a 5/8-inch hitch pinhole. This hole here in the front is gonna be for a J-pin stabilization device only. more
