Today on our 2013 Honda CRV we're taking a look at the Swagman Dispatch. This is a platform-style 2 bike rack. It's been designed for use in 2" hitches. The part number on it is S64684. The rack's going to hold the bike in three positions. We've got one here on the front wheel, one here on the rear wheel, and then the top frame two hook.
