Today on our 2013 Tiffin Phaeton, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Swagman Dispatch platform-style 2-bike rack, part number S64684. It's specifically designed for RVs in that it has limited moving parts. The only thing that moves is our center mast. It secures our bikes in three spots.
