Today on our 2010 Toyota RAV4, we're going to be taking a look at the Max Tow 48" by 21" cargo carrier, part number MT70422. This is an all aluminum carrier. It's got a 2" rail all the way around the outside, and has a slat style floor. It's open, closed, and then open all the way across. It does come with the hitch pin.
