Today on our 2007 Toyota 4Runner we'll be test fitting the Thule M.O.A.B. Roof Top Cargo Carrier, part number TH690. With our cargo basket preassembled were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. We'll simply set the cargo basket on top of the crossbars and tighten it down using the included hardware.
