Today in this 1999 Jeep Wrangler, we are going to be testing part number spsj4319 from Surco. This is our spare tire mounted cargo basket. To go ahead and start our test fit, well go ahead, and remove the spare tire and install the adaptor plate then well go ahead and reinstall the spare tire. Now we go ahead and add the cargo basket.
