Review of the RockyMounts TieRod Roof Bike Rack on a 2013 Hyundai Accent

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Accent we're going to be test-fitting the RockyMounts TieRod Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number RKY1014. To install the bike rack we'll lift up the carrier and set it on top of our load bars.
