Today on our 2005 GMC Sierra, we'll be installing the CIPA custom towing mirror for the left hand side, part number 10801. The towing mirror portion itself, for the outer mirror is a manually adjustable mirror, tilts in all different angles, and you will still have full function of your factory mirror.
