How to Install a Trailer Hitch on a 1991 Dodge Dynasty

Today we are going to install part number 36136 on a 1991 Dodge Dynasty. Where the hitch installs on this vehicle, it will install on the two EA bolts right here - the Energy Absorber. The hitch will sit on top of this plate and get bolted back into place, and then it also will attach to one of these holes back behind the energy absorber, in the frame here.
