Are There Installation Instruction for the Curt Gooseneck Plate # C65500
Question:
I bought this universal hitch some time back but lost the instructions. Can you tell me please, is it a certain measurement specification for what you are pulling or is there a common measurement that is basic depending on my pick up?

The Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 isn't a custom fit hitch or installation kit so it does not have specific measurements for where it needs to install on a given vehicle. You would mount it so that the center of the ball is either centered over the rear axle or slightly forward of the center of the rear axle.
You can attach this hitch directly to the frame rails of the truck using at least six 1/2 inch diameter Grade 5 bolts.
Or you can use the Curt Folding Gooseneck Ball Rail Kit, part # C61502 to get the full weight capacity of this hitch setup of 30k.
