will all the installation brackets work with a fifth wheel hitch install kit # rp50064-58? with no drilling or modifications.

The Firestone suspension system, part # F2250, mounts to the bottom of your truck frame as you can see in the instructions and video links I have provided.
The brackets from the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, part # RP50064-58, do not have any parts that wrap around the bottom of the truck frame so, yes, you can install this air bag kit on your 2008 GMC Sierra 2500.
