Stretchability of Erickson Tarp Tie-Down

Question:

will it stretch to 42inch ? not a 42 inch but stretch to that length. if not do you have one that will?

I spoke with my contact at Erickson and she told me that the Cargo Tie Down with S Hooks # EM06741 is made of a stretchable EPDM synthetic rubber and will stretch to approximately half of its original length (or about 20 inches), so you should have no problem reaching 42 inches.
