What is the coldest temperature that this electric jack will still operate?

The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000 that you referenced has never been tested to see what would be the coldest temperature that it would still function. If other standard electrical components are still functioning on your trailer I would imagine this jack would work just fine as well.
If you are in a climate that requires specially rated electrical components for extreme cold weather I would imagine this jack would not function at it's potential.
