Helpful Expert Reply:
Although I was unable to cross-reference the Wagner PE-1420 part number that you provided, we do offer replacement wheel cylinders for Dico brake assemblies.
If you have 10 inch or 12 inch Dico brake assemblies with a single serve wheel cylinder, you will need Replacement Wheel Cylinder, # BP17-030 for left hand side and # BP17-020 for right hand side.
If by chance you have a different brake assembly or style of wheel cylinder, please feel free to send me a picture and I would be happy to help in locating a replacement wheel cylinder that will work for you.
