Would the Thule Force XL Cargo Box Fit on Jeep Patriot 2010 and Clear Hatch

Hi, Do you know if the hatch clearance is ok when a Thule Force XL is installed on a Jeep Patriot 2010? I would be using the factory side railing. Thanks

To determine if your vehicle would have enough clearance to fit the Thule Force XL part # TH6358B on the roof of your 2010 Jeep Patriot without interfering with the hatch opening you will need to take one simple measurement.

You will want to measure from the center of the front crossbar with it slid all the way forward back to the hatch. If that measurement you took is more than 53-5/8 inches this cargo box would fit your roof rack and would clear the hatch.

In case this box wouldn't work I attached a picture to the right that shows all of the front clearance figures we have for the Thule cargo boxes.
