You ask an interesting question.
Trailer roof vents like the referenced Ventline Ventadome Metal Trailer Roof Vent # V2110SP-24 do not carry a formal temperature rating. This is because these passive vents are intended only to vent heat in a trailer generated from the environment: sun and outside air. They are not really intended for an application like yours where a heat-generating item will be operated inside the trailer.
Although the lid and mounting flange on # V2110SP-24 are metal, the insect screen and its frame and the included garnish (the interior trim ring) are plastic. These materials can certainly withstand the typical summer temperatures found inside a trailer - say 120 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit - but without knowing how much heat the charger will generate or the interior volume of the trailer it is hard to say if this item would be suitable. Certainly if these plastic components were removed from the vent then the remaining metal parts would have no issue with even substantially higher temperatures.
A better option is a vent intended for applications with heat-generating items, such as the Ventline RV Refrigerator Roof Vent # V050400-V015703. This vent is all-metal, including the insect screen.
Do note that this vent is not the standard 14 x 14 size of the item you referenced. It requires a rough opening that measures 5- x 18-inches. It also requires an installation kit, part # 344270KITW for a trailer with a metal, coated metal or wood roof.
I also suggest that you check with the manufacturer of the battery charger you intend to install to see if it can be operated safely inside an enclosed trailer. Many electrical products like battery chargers can have specific ventilation requirements and even a well-vented trailer may be too hot an environment for some such products.
