Brake Assembly Replacement Recommendation for 2004 Keystone Big Sky RV
Question:
Have a 2004 Big Sky RV with the brakes starting to squeal, believe they need replaced, following are the numbers from the back of the assembly: Left side= 0503 494. 12X2 Elect AC - KO. PRI GG. SEC GG Right Side = 0503 492. All the rest same as left side Need the replacement brake pads and any info for changing drum brakes Its been awhile since Ive had to change a drum brake. Want to replace all 4

In most cases it is about the same price and a better choice just to replace the entire brake assembly instead of trying to replace just the brake linings. As long as you have a 5 bolt mounting flange for your brake assemblies (you should based on the brake size you listed) I would recommend the part # 23-459 for a right hand assembly and the part # 23-458 for a left hand assembly.
These assemblies are nice because they will automatically adjust to deliver optimum performance and braking power. Some assemblies require manual adjustment which can be a hassle.
