How Is Roadmaster Seat Adapter For Suppllemental Brake System Installed On 2014 GMC Sierra 1500

How is this secure on my 2014 Sierra seat I dont see how it is attach there is no holes where it seem to attach

The installation instructions for the Roadmaster Seat Adaptor, part # RM-88308 are on the right side of the product page. In the instructions it states you need to remove the rear Torx bolts that are holding the seat track in place.
The instructions say that you may need to enlist another person to help since the seat has to be tilted to allow the installation of the adaptor under the seat track.
