Replacement Mounting Hardware for Older European Model Mercedes-Benz Rooftop Cargo Box

Hi, I just saw the question asked by one of your customer about an older mercedes box. I have the same box that I use on my OEM Mercedes rack, however, the two16 inches metal rail are damaged. Do you know if I can get replacement parts for those? Thanks.

Thank you for reviewing a previous customer question related to your older OEM Mercedes-Benz rooftop cargo. I have linked a photo of the referenced cargo box which does appear to use proprietary hardware.

We do not offer replacement parts for products made for markets outside of the USA; even if Thule-Sweden was the original manufacturer, Thule-USA would not have access to the parts - if they were even still available.

However, you may still be able to mount this box to your vehicle's roof. Thule and other prominent manufacturers provide excellent aftermarket parts support including replacement mounting hardware.

If you wish to submit a photo of your roof and provide specific vehicle information I will be glad to research and recommend alternate hardware you might use to install this cargo box.
