For your 2000 Toyorta Camry LE we offer the EZ Series Base Plate # 521157-1 which is confirmed to fit your 4-cylinder LE.

We do offer adapters to allow different brands of base plates and tow bars to be used together, but if you do not already own the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 you might want to consider using a Roadmaster tow bar to avoid the need for using an adapter, part # RM-033, which is both an additional expense and an additional connection point in your flat towing system.

The most popular hitch-mount style Roadmaster tow bar for Camry owners is the Falcon 2 # RM-520. This tow bar works directly with either XL or EZ base plates - no adapter needed. Along with this you can use safety cables # RM-643. Flat towing also requires a lighting kit for the toad, and the simplest type available is the removable magnetic type like the Custer # RM-2120 which has a flat 4-pole connector. These magnetic kits are the easiest to install and remove and they require no cutting into your vehicle's wiring like complex diode kits.

In addition, flat towing requires (in most states) a supplemental braking system for the toad, like the Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400. This brakes the toad in proportion to the braking in the tow vehicle. Please refer to the linked video.

To help you with each of these required items I suggest a review of the two linked articles that cover flat towing and supplementary braking systems. You will also want to review your Camry owner's manual for any guidance or requirements related to flat towing your vehicle.
