As long as you have a Class III hitch installed on your 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 with a 2 inch opening like the part # 75774 the # PS49582 that you referenced would install and work as long as it is the correct system for you application.

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.

If the loaded tongue weight of your setup is right at 600 lbs this would be an ideal system for you.
