What is the Output of a P3 Brake Controller When In Electric Over Hydraulic Mode
Question:
In hydraulic brake mode, what is the voltage or amperage output on the blue wire? Is it a PWM signal or a current value that is sent on to the hydraulic actuator?

Expert Reply:
In electric over hydraulic mode the P3 brake controller part # 90195 that you referenced will put the same amount of voltage on the output circuit as it would if the brakes were electric. Basically the controller will ramp up from zero all the way to 12 as the max and the actuator will interpret this signal and apply the correct amount of hydraulic pressure to the brake assemblies.
