The Hidden Hitch Magnum Trailer Hitch, # 81583 fits on 2001 F-150, F-250 Supercrew Pick-ups. This hitch has been discontinued. The nearest comparable Class IV hitch we have that fits your 1992 Ford F-150 is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 41904. I have included a link to the installation instructions.

If you will be towing with the hitch you will also need the Draw-Tite Ball Mount, part # 40331, and a hitch ball like either the Curt 2 Inch Hitch Ball, # A-90, or the Tow Ready 2-5/16 Inch Hitch Ball, # 19286. The size of the hitch ball you choose will depend on the size of the trailer coupler.

For lighting on the trailer you will need to use the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, # 118316. I am including a link to the instructions on the wiring harness.
