Will Ford Lighted Trailer Hitch Cover Fit a 2014 Ford Edge

Question:

We are interested in purchasing the CR007F hitch cover but need to know if the holes on the shaft would match to the holes on our hitch, could you please let me know the length of the shaft and the measurement from the back of the cover to the shaft holes. Thank you.

Expert Reply:

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Lighted Ford hitch cover # CR-007F to measure it for you. From the center of the pin hole to the nearest end it measures 3/4 inches.

And from the back of the face of the cover to the center of the pin hole is 2-1/2 inches with the included foam gasket in place, or 2-15/16 inches without the foam gasket in place.
