My contact at CAMCO tells me that the # CAM59323 is a typical low flow volume regulator that would be used on a camper. The output flow of the regulator is 11" Water Column, so you'll need to check with the manufacturer of the appliance, which in this case is a propane log fireplace. If you find that the fireplace is compatible with that rate of gas flow, the regulator should work just fine.
