The Replacement Bearing Buddy Bras (dust covers) # BB19B that you referenced are intended to fit several different sizes of Bearing Buddy, from 1.98-inches up to 2.080-inches. They also offer replacement bra # BB23B that fits Bearing Buddy sizes 2.328-inches through 2.717-inches, and part # BB17B that fits smaller sizes.
In between the two sizes you referenced there are three intermediate Bearing Buddy sizes, 2.047-, 2.080- and 2.240-inches. There is no exactly 2-inch size. If you wish you can use a precision dial caliper to measure your Bearing Buddies.
At right is a link to our main page for the Bearing Buddies.
