Hitch Recommendation for a 2005 Jayco Feather 26BH Travel Trailer
Question:
THE FACTORY INSTALLED BUMPER IS 1.5 INCHES THICK AND 4.5 INCHES WIDE. WILL THIS PRODUCT WORK? IF BUMPER IS NARROWER THAT ALLOWED, IS THERE A STEEL SPACER THE CORRECT THICKNESS THAT I COULD INSTALL BETWEEN THE BUMPER AND THE BACK IF THE HITCH SINCE IT IS 2 ONE EIGHTH INCHES WIDE

A spacer could be used to take up the extra bumper width you would need, but the fact that your bumper is 4-1/2 inches tall would prevent the # C19101 from being installed on it as the distance from the tube to the mounting holes is 4-1/16 inches.
The best recommendation I could give you would be the Curt Adjustable hitch part # 13703 as long as the width of your trailer frame is between 22 and 72 inches. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
