Installation of a Ultra-Fab 2-Inch RV Trailer Hitch Receiver Part UF35-946401 on a 4-Inch Bumper
Question:
Just purchased a very fine bicycle rack hitch receiver from you to put on our trailer. It is shown on your web page oriented as though it would be mounted under the bumper, suspended by the unbolts. The mounting instructions say to mount it on top of the bumper, which makes sense, and is what I did. I just want to confirm I did right, and if so, maybe it would be good to show that orientation in your advertising.

You are correct. The Ultra-Fab 2-inch motor home trailer hitch receiver # UF35-946401 is designed to bolt around a 4-inch RV bumper and the receiver opening will be on the topside of the bumper.
This receiver is designed for mounting accessories like a bike rack, and not for towing purposes. It has a 200 pound capacity. Make sure you do not exceed the weight rating of your RV bumper. So if the bumper has a lower weight rating, you will want to go by the lower weight rating.
