Will the Westin HDX-Heavy Duty Extreme Grille Guard from a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 fit on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500?

There was a generation change between the 2005 and 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 so the two vehicles would take two different grille guards. The 2006 would take the part # 57-1955 that you referenced and the 2005 would take a # 40-1205 for the most similar style grille guard since Westin does not offer an HDX for the 2005s.
