Reattaching Broken Top Mounting Bracket to Thule Snowboard Carrier TH575
Question:
The clamp has been pulled off of the carrier on my snowboard rack #575. Can I use these to replace? How do I get the mounting hardware out of the carrier part? Thank you

Expert Reply:
The top part of the feet mounted to the bottoms of the Thule snowboard carrier # TH575 are riveted on. Because of this there are no replacements that will fit. It is possible to use washers, nuts, and bolts in place of rivets using the existing mounting feet. To access the holes from the inside of the carrier you have to lift the handle. There isn't a lot of room in there but this would be an inexpensive fix. The rivets would have to be drilled out carefully.
