Front End Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 1996 Ford F350 4WD with 4 in Lift
Question:
I have a 1996 OBS ford f350 4wd with a 4inch lift kit on it. The front end sits about an inch lower than the rear which I think is due to the weight of the big block motor. I am looking at putting a winch bumper on the front but with it already sitting 1 inch low I am worried it will sit even lower. Do you have a solution that will make my truck sit level in the front and work with the 4inch suspension lift? Thank you.

On lifted vehicles Timbren kits like the # TFF3504A would not be effective, we have spoken with Timbren several times about this and that is what they have told us.
If the lift kit you have on your truck is just a spacer between the leaf springs and the frame what you could use is the Air Lift Helper Spring part # AL59511.
If it's a suspension lift the # AL59511 could potentially work but it would require you to fabricate a 4 inch spacer. My contact at Air Lift said this kit would level your truck with and without the winch installed.
For a compressor kit that would allow you to monitor the air pressure in the bags you would want the part # AL25592.
