Will Hensley TS3 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Fit the Curt X5 Adapter

I currently have a BandW turnover ball hitch with the BandW Companion. We are getting a larger trailer with more pin weight and are purchasing a Hensley TS3 hitch.. Will the Curt X 5 adapter work for me?

The Hensley TS3 hitch fits in industry standard above the bed rails so it should fit in the rails on the Curt X5 adapter # 16310. They just haven't been tested together.
Since they have not been tested together you might want to consider the Curt Q20 # C16130. This hitch has a cushioned head for a smooth ride. It is rated for 20,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 4,000 pounds pin weight, the same as the X5 adapter.
