Towing Mirrors for 2005 Chevrolet 2500HD Equipped with OEM Power Folding Mirrors

Question:

We are looking for replacement mirrors for our 2005 2500HD. We would like Camper mirrors... we use the power retract a good bit... so we would like power retract. We tow a variety of vehicles from our 12foot enclosed tool trailer to very large chippers to 34foot 5th wheel trailers. So we need to be able to get a good realist view of what is on the sides and to the rear. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.

The fit of towing mirrors on your vehicle depends on its exact brand/year/make/model/version as well as on the mirrors currently installed. You indicate your truck is a 2005 model year 2500HD, so I will assume it is a Chevrolet. If not please advise the specifics for your truck and whether the mirrors on it are OEM or aftermarket.

Please note that we do not offer any replacement or add-on towing mirrors with a powered retracting feature, only a manual retraction feature as with the CIPA # 70200 which is a set of two mirrors for the 2005 Silverado. These mirrors use factory connections for their electric functions and have the same footprint and same mounting points as the factory mirrors. Additional features on factory mirrors (turn signals, automatic dim, memory, puddle lights, etc.) are not included on these mirrors and those functions will be lost.

The link at right will show you all universal-fit towing mirrors including clip-on, door-mount and fender-mount types.
