First, adapter # RP30156, does come with everything you will need for installation in your 2011 Ford F-350 with the factory prep package.
The EZ Roller is a Husky slider and it is compatible with the adapter. The hitch will be higher by about 2 inches above the bed measured up from the top of the corrugations so if needed you will need to lower the head height of the hitch.
