The ProSeries Round A-Frame Topwind Jack # PSEA20000103 that you referenced does not use the Fulton hardware kit # F0933325S00 for installation. That Fulton hardware kit is intended for swing-up jacks rather than A-frame jacks like the ProSeries.

My contact at ProSeries advised that you can locally source and install hardware for this jack. Use 3/8-inch diameter 16-TPI (threads per inch) Grade 5 hardware of 1-1/2-inch length. Longer or shorter hardware of the same rating can be used depending on the mounting requirements of your trailer.

With this jack you can use either detachable foot plate # PS1400700340 or Caster # PS1400750340, but note that the caster wheel has a lower 1200-lb rating. This item will reduce the capacity of the jack to 1200-lbs.
