Will a 5th Airborne Extended Air Ride Coupler Provide More Turn Clearance

Question:

I have a 2003 Ford F-250 Superduty Crew Cab Short Bed which I use to pull a 2007 Forest River Wild Cat Fifth Wheel. I have a seasonal site which is very difficult to get my trailer onto. The ability to get the truck 90 degrees would prove to be very helpful. Would an extended pin box in addition to my Reese Slide give me that ability. Please let me know your thoughts. Appreciate it much. Thanks.

An extension would be helpful in getting your Fifth Wheel at 90 degrees. If you are close to being able to turn 90 degrees now, an extension should be enough to do the trick. The 5th Airborne Air Ride coupler should also provide a smoother ride for you as well.

You will select a 5th Airborne based on your pin box. Check the pin box and find the make and model. Write back and I will be able to help you find the proper part.
