WDH dual cam # rp66087 States it is designed only for class 3 and class 4 hitches. in the note about surge brakes. My hitch is class 5. Does this mean it will not work with mine? Thanks

If the Class V hitch on your vehicle has a 2 inch opening then yes, the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System # RP66087 that you referenced would work great for you as-is.
If you have a 2-1/2 inch opening on your hitch you would need a system with a different shank.
To do this you would first want the part # RP66073. (This is the same kit as the one you referenced minus a shank). And then for a shank you would need the # RP54977.
