What is the rims minimum diameter pilot hole needed to fit around these hubs? Thanks in advance hub number 8-213-5uc1

The minimum pilot hole diameter you would need on a rim for it to be compatible with the Hub assembly part # 8-213-5UC1 that you referenced would be 3.65 inches. I went out into our warehouse to confirm this.
I attached a link to a page that has all of the wheel we offer with the correct bolt pattern to install on this hub.
