One of the drawbars we offer for a Class ll hitch that fits a 1996 Buick Estate Wagon hitch is the Draw-Tite Ball Mount, part # 36063.
This ball mount fits a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and uses a hitch ball that has a 3/4 inch shank. This ball mount has a 3-1/8 inch rise from the top of the receiver tube.
The hitch ball I recommend is part # 19258. This is a 2 inch ball with a 3/4 inch shank diameter.
